Fall 2010 Registration is CLOSED.

 

ATTENTION ALL REGISTERING PLAYERS!!!

 

New players must always register at their correct age. If a team is available, they will be notified. In the event no age appropriate team is available, they will be given the opportunity to play-up or receive a refund. Players will only be asked to play up if a team is available.

In the event that more register than is allowed, the registrar will roster players in this order: returning players from the same team registering prior to May 01, returning players from another PSC team registering prior to May 01, new and returning players by the date and time registered after May 01 (provided payment is made in a timely fashion).

  

Coaches and Managers: All returning and new coaches must register as well. Click on the coaches 2010 registration button on the registration page and complete the information.

 

New Players

Proof of age must accompany all registration for new players to the Puyallup Soccer Club. We must have a copy of an approved form of age verification. If you register and pay with a check, please include this document with your payment. If you decide to pay with a credit card, please mail a copy of the document to:

Your child will not be placed on a team until this document has been filed with our club, and payment has been made. For acceptable forms of age verification, please visit the FAQ webpage, and scroll to the bottom. Thank you.

 

*Check the age chart below carefully.  Your child may ONLY register for his/her appropriate age.  (Even if he/she played up last year. Age adjustments will be made by the registrar.)  Returning players will be placed on last year's team, regardless of what age group you register them under, unless you specifically request otherwise. Please note all special requests in the "comments" section during the registration process!

Included with fee ( uniform includes jersey, shorts, and socks)

Registered players will receive the following items upon placement in a PSC team:

U6 Micro - size 4 soccer ball and t-shirt jersey

U7 - Uniform

U8 through U11 - Uniform for all new players and returning players that need one

U12 and up - players will be required to purchase uniforms separately.

Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded 100% for players we cannot place on a team.  For those players who have registered then decide not to play, a refund will be made minus a $5.00 administrative fee.  There will be no refunds awarded after August 31, 2010.
